One intention of this personal site is to share pictures of historical interest in little known and remote regions of the world. Geological studies are also shown in full for easy access together with the description of an unknown archaeological discovery in Sumatra and a gallery of pictures related to the diagenesis of sandstones . Of particular interest to the author the Peak Oil challenge and the hydrocarbon exploration production and reserves basics are shared with the help of projections and explanations from presentations given either in English or in French. It is hoped that the various subjects dealt with will be of interest and above all useful . Additions to the present content of this site are foreseen
